Surge Wave Receiver
The Surge Wave Receiver (SWR) is an incredibly sensitive and dependable tool crafted to quickly and accurately identify faults in underground cables. It’s versatile enough to work with low, medium, and high-voltage power networks, utilizing both acoustic and magnetic detection techniques to ensure precise fault location along the cable path.
Featuring a dual LCD display, it shows real-time readings of magnetic field strength and acoustic signal levels, helping the operator to walk right over the cable. This makes it easier to find the exact fault point, even in noisy settings. Plus, the mute operation and acoustic window features cut out external noise, allowing for pinpoint accuracy without distractions.
